01What we collect
- The audio file you upload and data derived from it: transcript, translation, voice clone reference clip, generated audio
- Your consent record: which boxes you ticked, when, your IP address and browser user-agent
- Basic server logs needed to run and secure the service
- No account, name or email unless you write to us
02How we use it
Only to produce your job: transcription runs on our own server; translation is done by a third-party language model API; voice cloning and speech synthesis by a third-party speech API. These providers receive only what each step needs.
We do not sell your data, show it to other users, or use it to train our or anyone else's models.
03How long we keep it
Uploads, transcripts, translations and generated audio are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. You can delete a job immediately with Delete this job on its page. Voice clones are stored by our speech provider; email us to request deletion of a clone.
04Your job link
There are no accounts. Each job has a long random link that works like a password and is remembered only in your browser. Anyone with the link can see that job, so don't share it widely.
